Boom

Boom needs no introduction, but this is what their Facebook page is saying anyway:

“Rocks in my path? I keep them all. With them I shall build a castle”. This sentence, from a Brazilian blog, captures how we feel: challenges birth teachings which can in turn, birth beautiful things in the future.

Magikana

What Magikana crew say about their festival:

Magikana is a mythic transformational Conscious Psy Festival set deep in the Heart of 'Dragonland', Wales, UK - An international Psy Gathering of Visionary Music and Arts surrounded by the outstanding natural beauty of the Cambrian Mountains - A family-friendly festival celebrating life, nature, ancient wisdom, sacred geometry, cosmic awareness and magik!

The Magikana Story began in 2002 as a free Psytrance festival to celebrate the Queen’s Golden Jubilee long weekend. It was attended by crews from all over the land and it became one of the earliest non-stop music festivals in the British Isles. Since then the festival has become fully licensed and expanded to other forms of conscious psy music.

Even though Magikana has not happened every year, it has become etched in the collective memory as an authentic grassroots gathering of the tribes. After 22 years, Magikana can proudly say that it is the longest standing Conscious Psy Gathering and Psytrance Festival in the UK.

Boomtown

Boomtown Chapter 4: Power of Now

What Boomtown say about their event:

Boomtown is not your average festival. It’s a parallel world that lives for just five days and nights to confront society as we know it and inspire a better reality. A world where the game is the master, and you are the player. Where the choices you make, shape the story you unfold. Where reality is just a suggestion and confusion is the key to understanding. A place where everything makes sense, even when it doesn't.

From the moment you arrive, you’re transported to a world filled with spectacular sights and sounds that will fill you with curiosity. You'll dance late into the night and discover a wealth of future favourites and new music spanning across the genre spectrum beyond the underground scene.

But Boomtown isn’t just about music. It’s about creativity, connection, celebration, theatre, art and most important of all, community. You'll meet like-minded people from all over the world, sharing experiences, stories and memories that will stay with you for a lifetime. Experience pop-up parties, secret rooms, huge art installations and unlock hidden experiences as you choose your own adventure!
