Since then the festival has become fully licensed and expanded to other forms of conscious psy music.
Even though Magikana has not happened every year, it has become etched in the collective memory as an authentic grassroots gathering of the tribes. After 22 years, Magikana can proudly say that it is the longest standing Conscious Psy Gathering and Psytrance Festival in the UK.
