Psy Wednesdays is a really relaxed event which usually feels like something in between a psytrance rave, an ecstatic dance session, a private house party, and a big-kids playground.

Show up as you are, no added pressure. Dance, sit, tea, trance, stretch, chat, play with props, whatever - plenty of options.

Drinks/food/gifts/games for sharing are always welcomed, but remember that your presence is more than enough.

Wear what feels good - Party clothes, sportswear, casuals, PJs... It really doesn't matter <3
