Solstice On The Mount

What Medicine Festival are saying about their event:

Taking place on the same day everywhere on the planet, the Solstice connects everyone in a truly global moment.

Wasing sees things differently. That we are inherently part of nature and that what harms the planet ultimately harms us; everything is connected. And it is from this alternative narrative in an ever-changing world that the iconic Mount was born as a fresh and pioneering space for people and planet to connect, unplugged from everyday reality.

Solstice On The Mount 2024 continues Wasing’s journey into providing immersive musical experiences in the heart of nature. We invite you to join us for an incredibly special, alcohol-free evening where we will celebrate music from different parts of the world in a unique, natural setting; connected, present and in the moment.

Duality

Duality: A Journey from Discord to Harmony

What Oxford Psychedelic Society are saying about their upcoming event:

In the beginning of eternity, there was the Singularity. The timeless and formless womb, enveloping the universe in a single point. When eternity came to pass, the egg of time cracked open and produced the first vibration.

With a big bang, the void exploded with space and time, brimming with matter and energy, and inaugurating the cosmic dance of form and emptiness. The unity of reality dissolved into opposites, polarising into the past and the future, into here and there, into you and me.

Duality was born.

The Oxford Psychedelic Society and OddBall Events present Duality: an immersive music, dance, and art event in the Cowley Workers Social Club. Join us as we explore the concept of duality in our biggest party of the year, packed full of psychedelic visuals, live music, DJ sets, decor, and performances, spanning two rooms in the Cowley Workers Social Club.

Carbon Based Lifeforms

Matinee Showing: Carbon Based Lifeforms with Special Guest Sync24 - The only UK show for both artists this year. Lighting and Lasers by Mangledwire.

What Beautiful Burnouts have to say about their event:

CBL aim to combine earth and space in their music, using the combination of nature and technology as the main inspiration for their work. They have played all over Europe including many festival appearances such as Symbiosis (US), Anthropes (UK) and Ozora (Hungry). CBL last played a show in the UK 2 years ago which sold out in advance. This is their only planned UK show for 2024.

Sync24 is a synchronization interface for electronic musical instruments introduced by Roland in 1980. It is also the project of Daniel Segerstad of Carbon Based Lifeforms. Sync24 started in the early years experimenting with tape recorders and simple music players on the Commodore 64 and gradually upgrading equipment and techniques. Having CBL as the main focus and some other projects on the side there’s always room for personal reflections.

Sync24 last played in the UK over 10 years ago so this is a rare opportunity to witness a live set.

Shattered Barriers with Planet Bob Chai Emporium Presents: Psychedelic Halloween

What Shattered Barriers have to say about their event:

Shattered Barriers with Planet Bob Chai Emporium returns on the 28th of October for a psychedelic Halloween gathering creating a world of immersive magic.

As the leaves start to turn yellow and red and the days get shorter, it's now time to take a
walk... To the psychedelic side…

This event will mark a tribute to ‭Imaginary Sight (Marko Daravelski) of Glowing Flame Records, who unfortunately left us due to heart failure earlier this year. Marko was always considered as one of the most influential artists and engineers from Macedonia. Ognen Zafirovski (Yudhisthira) will b‬e
playing a tribute set built up with Imaginary Sight's tracks. Marko was a beautiful and gentle soul and
is greatly missed by many..

‭The night will be opened with a live set involving an array‬ of instruments from Lemon Tree Live Band performance to slowly take us into the darkness of Halloween.
