Together we will experience the fungal world in all its glory, existing in harmony with the many mushroom species that grow in the woods. Through this immersive experience we will forge an intimate bond with the iconic Amanita Muscaria, uncovering her many secrets and history as a medicine mushroom.
Learn about the ancient history of Amanita Muscaria through myth and folklore, ritual and ceremony, foraging and medicine making. The week's activities include workshops to teach us the practice of tincture and oil making, with each of us returning home with bottles of self made medicine.

Back by popular demand!! We are chuffed to be bringing back Catharsis on Sat, 1 February, 2025! For all those lovers of Electronic Dance music!
Once upon a time, way back in 2019, we ran an awesome ecstatic dance event in Camden, called Catharsis! It was a celebration of Rave culture, and all things Electronica & Psytrancey. We ran this monthly event for a couple of years in Camden, right up to the start of the Covid Pandemic. And so we are proud and psyched to bring it back "due to popular demand!".
We'll be including magical ceremonial grade cacao and hypnotic electronic music to connect us deeply with our dance and our creativity. No experience necessary. All welcome.

Life on planet Earth is changing faster than most of us could possibly have imagined only a few short years ago. The need for new (and ancient) visions of wisdom and compassion is greater than ever. When understood and used in optimal conditions and effectively integrated into the daily walk, the psychedelic, sacramental healing and awakening plants and related substances are arguably the most potent allies and tools available to struggling humanity in these tumultuous times.
But these powerful substances are not the story itself. At their best they are in service of this overarching vision and urgent need for a “turning of the wheel.” We at the Spirit Plant Medicine Conference are passionately committed to providing a platform for the sharing of insight and wisdom toward this vision and prayer for humanity, for all inhabitants of the planet, and for the Earth itself.
One of the defining and all but unique features of the beloved SPMC is its diversity and its range of perspectives on psychedelics and consciousness transformation. Each year we have a more or less equal balance of female and male presenters with significant indigenous and BIPOC representation. Our speakers have included ceremonialists, therapists, philosophers, mystics, advocates, activists, and academics – always with a keen eye on sharing “actionable” information and inspiration for individual and collective healing for a planet in transition.
